Directions to the Salem, MA location:

From Rt. 128, take Rt. 114 into Salem.  Take a right at the lights in the 
center of town.  The post office is on the right side, Dunkin Donuts is on 
the left.  Continue  straight down Canal  Street to the intersection of 
Canal, Jefferson & Loring Streets.  Eastern Bank is on the right.  
North Shore Tai-Chi Club/ Chinese Healing Institute is on the left.  
Park in the bank parking lot.  (75 Loring Ave.)


Directions to the Concord, NH location:

Take Interstate Rt. 93 to Concord, and get off at exit 15W, Rt. 3 exit heading 
toward Penacook.  At the second set of lights, go right onto North State St.   
The NSTCC, Concord, NH school is about 2.5 miles up the road, on the right,
